Happy St. Patrick's Day

Hey kids,

Send a card to your favorite pal. This fun and youthfull card will let them know you are thinking of them this St. Patrick's Day.

This card is a perfect example of recycle and reuse. Think about saving those old raffle tickets from a school event or community fundraiser. These are usually left on tables and floor. They look inviting and fun on this card. How about using them on a movie night invitation or a teenage birthday party card. Possibilities are endless.

Stripes are always in fashion and add dimension and interest to any card.

I have been inspired to design a dress for the Susie doll so the kids can cut and dress a doll while moms shop.

Semillas de amor

My paperdolz.com was invited to attend a fundraiser that provides high level education programs for Guatemala's at risk children and a home for children with exceptional circumstances.

The event was held before the Holidays in Atherton California. The event was all about the kids with petting zoo, face painting, pony rides and wonderful food. I was pleased to bring the dolls to craft time for the children and their families who have been adopted through this wonderful organization. I was so busy cutting and crafting with the children I was unable to bring you pictures.

For this event I illustrated a special Guatemalan inspired outfit. Adults were reminiscing on their childhoods with paper dolls and having just as much fun as the kids. Great smiles by all.

This is what is all about. Families spending quality time together.
